We Produce Custom Socks by Different Materials, Packing and Features!

Materials

We can make socks in different materials, most common materials are as follows, among all of them, cotton yarn is most popular in production of socks.

Cotton yarn

Normal colored cotton – We have many available colored cottons yarn for sampling and production. Most often, we use cotton yarn to make sports socks because of sweat-absorption, soft and comfortable.
Combed premium cotton – If you request higher quality of cotton yarn, we can use combed premium cotton in production, it is more expensive, but the quality is much better! We need to dye the raw combed cotton yarn in your preferred colors!

Polyester yarn

It is cheaper material than cotton yarn, we use it mostly in some non slip grippy trampoline socks and printed socks.

Nylon yarn

It is more tough material than cotton yarn, we use it mostly in football and soccer socks. Actually, most Jacquard knitted on socks are nylon yarn.

Coolmax yarn

Coolmax yarn is special polyester yarn, we use it together with Lycra® spandex, it keeps cool in foot when doing exercise or sports, so most likely we use it in sports socks like hiking socks.

Bamboo fabric yarn

Bamboo yarn like cotton yarn, it is natural materials and gives comfort when wearing; also, it is good in sweat-absorption so avoid odor in foot.

Metallic yarn (lurex)

It is shiny material and we used to knit with cotton yarn, some clients make lurex socks for some levels of achievement in their studios, Christmas socks, holiday socks, etc.

Wool yarn

As wool is thermal, we use the wool yarn to make some thick terry socks, winter socks, ski socks, etc., however, the cost is much higher than cotton yarn!

Acrylic yarn

It is an artificial material, as it keeps warm so we always use it to make winter socks, thermal socks, etc.

Packaging

We can custom make some packaging below, with your company’s name, logo, website or any design printed on them and put them on socks, however, if you want to save cost and do not need any packaging, we can bulk pack the socks like 5 or 10 pairs in bundles. Welcome inquiries for any packaging ways!

Hang tag

We used to make a small hole on it and so we can pin it using plastic gun.

Header card with plastic hook

As it has a plastic hook, we can hang it on some display in stores.

Individual polybag

Simply packaging just use an individual polybag per pair, it can keep the socks from dirty over time.

Size stickers

We show the size (e.g. S, M & L) by stickers.

Wrappers

Sometimes, we can use recycle paper for packaging wrappers, different thickness and paper quality are for selection.

Boxes

Packaging boxes can assemble multi pairs with styles in a same series. Most often it is consisted of a transparency screen so customers can see what socks inside.

Normal features

We can custom make socks with some common features below, depends on the style and function of socks.

Non-terry

It is plan knitting and so the socks are thin.

Terry (towel padding cushion inside socks)

We can make terry padding inside the socks for extra comfort and sweat-absorption; also, it makes the socks thicker and can keep more warm in some cool regions.
