We can custom make sock’s sizes from infant/ baby (0-12 months) to XL men’s size, usually, in the industrial production we distinguish the sock’s sizes by the foot length, which is a straight line measured from the end of the toe to the end of the heel, like the picture shown below. Also, we can custom make the calf part in different length, the leg length is measured from the end of the heel to the top middle.

Size Reference:

• Infant 0-12 months (foot length around 9.5 – 10.5 cm)
• Toddler 12-24 months (foot length around 10.5 – 11.5 cm)
• Age 2-3 (foot length around 11.5 – 12.5 cm)
• Age 4-6 (foot length around 13.5 – 14.5 cm)
• Age 7-10 (foot length around 15.5 – 16.5 cm)
• Youth size (foot length around 17.5 – 18.5 cm)
• Women’s sizes (foot length around 18.5 – 19.5 cm)
• Men’s size (foot length around 21.0 – 22.0 cm)
• XL Men’s size (foot length around 23.0 – 24.0 cm)

Customized by Colors

For normal cotton yarn, we have many available colors for your selection.

Pantone – customers will provide some images for their preferred colors or even provide the Pantone.

Customized by Jacquard (knitted)

• Logo – we can custom make our customers’ logos in Jacquard (knitted) on socks, welcome to provide your logo for sampling then you will see how amazing it will be knitted on socks! For more information, most often we use nylon fabric for Jacquard. Besides the customized logo, we also custom make socks with some common Jacquard logo, for examples, polka dots socks, stripes socks, heart print socks, overall star socks, zig zag/ chevron pattern socks, swirl pattern socks, diamond pattern socks, animal print (like leopard print) socks, animal socks, camouflage socks, flower pattern socks, etc.
• Design – our strength is custom make complicated designs on socks by using Jacquard, we made many fancy design socks for our overseas customers over 10 years!

Customized by Embroidery logo

• We used to make a bit complicated but small logos on socks in embroidery, it can be multi-color. The embroidery gives people a premium brand perception, it is good for brand building; also, the embroidery logo will be in good condition after many times of washing.
• Usually, we make the embroidery logo at the below positions on the socks. For the calf socks, we make it on both sides of the calf below the top; for the ankle socks, we make it at the back of the top elastane over the heel. The embroidery can be a logo or texts.

Customized by Bottom gripper

• Logo – We can custom make bottom grip logo on the sole, usually, it is surrounded by some grip dots or other patterns. Most often the bottom grip socks are trampoline non slip grip socks, yoga socks, barre socks, Pilates anti-skid socks, moreover, most infant/ baby socks with bottom grips for the non-slip function. Usually, the logo is company name, brand logo, studio name, studio logo, etc.
• Design – Strictly speaking, we can custom make the bottom grip design, not limited to the logo surrounded by grip dots!
